Surviving the Shark Ocean

Hello, everyone!
In line with this month’s theme, the K2 class is studying creatures that live in water. Today, we combined gross motor skills with learning by playing a game where the children had to cross a shark-infested ocean using stepping stones and balance beams without falling. The teachers acted as sharks and playfully pretended to “take a bite” out of anyone who fell, which kept the children highly motivated! While waiting, the children cheered each other on and even comforted their classmates with a kind “It’s OK!” when they fell. It was a thrilling, high-energy game filled with big smiles and loud cheers!
