Hello, everyone!　今日は子ども達がクラスのお友達と一緒に遊んでいる姿を紹介します。保育園は同年代の子ども達が集まって生活をする場です。ここではお友達と関わりながらたくさんの活動に取り組む中で、遊んだり思いを伝えあったり、時にはぶつかり合いながら、『他者（お友達）とうまくやる』方法を模索していきます。私たち職員は、子ども達が集団生活の中で喜びや衝突を経験することで、社会性や協調性、コミュニケーション能力や自制心など、将来人間関係を構築するために必要なスキルを身につけられるよう見守り、サポートしています。

Today, I’d like to share some photos of the children playing with their classmates. Preschool is a place where children of the same age come together to live and learn. Here, as they engage in various activities with their friends—playing, sharing their thoughts, and sometimes clashing—they explore ways to “get along with others (their friends).” We, the staff, watch over and support the children as they experience both joy and conflict in group life, helping them acquire the skills necessary for building relationships in the future, such as social skills, cooperation, communication skills, and self-control.
