Hello, everyone! 月曜日から始まっていたトライやるウィーク1校目のみなさんにとって職場体験の最終日がやってきました。積極的にお手伝いをしたり、子ども達と一緒に遊んだりと5日間ですっかり子ども達と仲良くなった学生さんはとっても上手に絵本の読み聞かせをしてくれましたよ。1週間頑張って練習をした成果が出ていて、子ども達も静かにお話を楽しんでいました。頑張ってお仕事をしてくれた学生さんにスクールからのThank you カードとハグをプレゼントすると、感激した学生さんの目からちょっぴり涙があふれてしまいました。英語で生活すること、子ども達の成長を一緒に楽しむこと等、想像していたお仕事よりも深いことを学んでいただけていたら、と思います。また遊びに来てね！

For the students at the first school participating in Trial Week, which began on Monday, the final day of their workplace experience has arrived. The students, who had become fast friends with the children over the past five days by actively helping out and playing with them, did a wonderful job reading picture books aloud. Their hard work practicing all week paid off, and the children listened quietly and enjoyed the stories. When we presented the students who worked so hard with thank-you cards and hugs from the school, a few tears welled up in their eyes as they looked deeply moved. We hope they learned things that went beyond what they had imagined—such as living in an English-speaking environment and sharing in the children’s growth. Please come visit us again!
