今日は月に1回の避難訓練の日でした。今日の想定は火事です。みんながお昼ご飯を食べ終わる頃、スクールに非常ベルが鳴りました。園長先生が”There’s fire! Please evacuate.”とアナウンスすると各クラスの先生が子ども達を誘導し始めました。今日は雨のためホールに集合して点呼を行い、無事にみんなが避難できたことを確認しました。今日はあわせて地震と洪水との避難方法の違いをクイズ形式でおさらいしましたよ。みんな違いがわかったかな？おうちの人と一緒におさらいしてみてね。

Today was the monthly evacuation drill day. Today we evacuated from a fire. Just about everyone had finished eating lunch, the emergency bell rang at the school. Ms. Emi announced, “There’s a fire! Please evacuate,” and the class teachers began guiding the children. Due to the rain, we gathered in the hall to take attendance and confirm that everyone had evacuated safely.
