Hello, everyone!
今日はサイエンス活動ということで、竜巻の仕組みを学びましたよ。日本ではあまり多くない竜巻ですが、いくつかの国や地域では非常に怖い災害の一つです。先生たちはほかにもいろいろな自然災害を紹介しました。次にに実際に竜巻がどのように起きているのか、ペットボトルを使って確かめてみました。青い水が入ったペットボトルをもう1本とつなぎ、上部をクルクル回してみると、水が渦を巻いていますよ!渦は上の方が大きく、下は細くなっています。子ども達は集中して観察し、その様子をレポートにまとめていました。
今日はスプリングスクール最終です。先生から修了証を手渡され、楽しかった1週間を無事に終えることができました。
今年度の保育は本日で終了です。一年間ご協力いただきありがとうございました。
At today’s science activity we learned how tornadoes work. Tornadoes are not very common in Japan, but in some countries and regions they are one of the very scary disasters. The teachers introduced various other natural disasters. Next, we used plastic bottles to see how tornadoes actually happen.  Connect one Plastic bottle filled with blue water to another and spin the top of the bottle, and you will see the water swirling around! The whirlpool is larger at the top and thinner at the bottom. The children concentrated on their observation and wrote a report about it.
Today is the last day of Spring School. The teachers handed out certificates of completion, bringing the fun-filled week to a successful conclusion.
Today marks the end of this year’s childcare program of our school. Thank you for your cooperation throughout the year!
