Spring school 24 Day 2

Hello, everyone!
スプリングスクール2日目は、Puppy classのお友達も一緒にクッキングをしましたよ!メニューはdumpling flower、お花の形にした餃子です。
今回の餡はマッシュしたジャガイモです。先生が蒸してくれたジャガイモを順番にマッシュしました。その間にソーセージもスライスしておきましたよ。餃子の皮にマッシュポテトを乗せ、端をたぐりながらヒダをつけると可愛いお花ができました。焼き上がるといい匂いがお部屋いっぱいに広がりました。たくさんのお友達とお料理すると、とっても楽しいね!
On the second day of Spring School, we had a cooking activity with Puppy class friends. The menu was “dumpling flower”, dumplings in the shape of a flower.
This time the paste in the dumpling was mashed potatoes. The teacher steamed the potatoes and the children mashed them by turns. Meanwhile, some of them also sliced sausages. We put the mashed potatoes on the dumpling skin and made pretty flowers by pulling the edges of the dumplings together. When the dumplings were baked, the room was filled with a yummy smell! Cooking with a lot of friends is a lot of fun, isn’t it?
