Good morning, children!
First of all, let me say congratulations on your graduation!
It is your special day!  You all look awesome and I am so proud of you moving onto a new adventure very soon.
  As I handed out your graduation certificates one by one, I fondly remember the very first time you entered into the school.  You were so small and a little nervous and unsure about stepping into a world beyond your family.  Some of you were a little timid to try new challenges, and that was completely okay.
  But by attending school everyday, the number of things you could do increased, and I think little by little, Hamakids International School became a place where you feel comfortable and a safe place next to your home.
  And now, look at yourself! Do you know how many things you have overcome at our school? Through K3 Camp, Sports Day, School conert, the excursion to Kidzania and more than that common daily life with your favorite friends and teachers, you’ve grown up as splendid big boys and girls.  I think “Self-efficacy” is attained through by piling up a sense of acheivement. With every hit of success and the feeling of “I did it!”,
“I made it!” and “I’m proud of myself.”, your confidence grew stronger.  These moments will always be the motivation to make yourself positive.  I hope you always keep this in your mind.
