Hello, everyone!
今日はPanda classでサイエンスクッキングをしましたよ。用意したものは紫キャベツと中華麺、そしてウィンナーです。子ども達はまずキャベツとウィンナーをEric先生と一緒に包丁を使って切りました。切った材料をホットプレートに乗せ、火が通ったところで中華麺を入れると麵の色が変わってきましたよ。みんなビックリ！海の色としては少々濃すぎましたがタコさんウィンナーが波間に漂っているイメージが伝わったかな？みんなでおいしくいただきました。
Today we did science cooking in Panda class! We prepared purple cabbage, Chinese noodles, and sausages. First, the children used knives with Mr. Eric to chop the cabbage and sausages. We placed the chopped ingredients on the hot plate, and when they were cooked through, we added the Chinese noodles. The noodles changed color and everyone was surprised! “The sea color” was a bit too dark, but did it convey the image of octopus-shaped sausages floating among the waves? We all enjoyed eating it together.
