Hello, everyone!

今週も元気に始まりましたね。スクールでは毎週初めに先生のミーティングを行い、1週間の情報共有をしています。行事の確認、保護者へのお手紙配布であったり、各クラスの状況、その他みんなで対応しなければならないことの確認などを行い、園全体で子ども達の保育を行う体制をとっています。

ネイティブの先生も日本人の保育士も、一人一人が責任をもってお子様をお預かりしているという意識で園運営をしています。

The week has started well. Hamakids International School has a breif meeting with teachers at the beginning of each week to share information about the week. We confirm events, distribute letters to parents, the class situations, and other things that need to be handled by everyone, and we have a system in place to take care of children throughout the school.

We operate our school with the awareness that each and every native instructor and Japanese childcare teacher is responsible for the care of the children.
